Food Vendor Guidelines and Registration Form

  • Food Vendor Fee: $75 for 10 x 10’ space, $120 for 10x 20’ space, $150 for 20 x 20’space. Due to limited space per food category you will be contacted via email on whether your registration has been accepted. 

  • Vendor will provide own shade structure and tables. No tarps, camping tents, or guide wires permitted.

  • There is no on site electricity available. Generators allowed (must be quiet).

  • Space will be on concrete, so please anchor shade structure accordingly.

  • Space must be set up by 9:00 am and remain up until 6:00 pm.

  • Make arrangements to have your space attended at all times. Festival is not responsible for goods and fixtures.

  • Festival is “Rain or Shine” so be prepared for inclement weather

  • Booth  fees are non-refundable

  • Submitting this form does not confirm a spot at Chalk this Way.  Confirmation will be sent via email and payment must be received by April 15th, 2015.
